PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Full payment is due at booking. Our secure customer portal is available for making online payments.
All payments are final.
No refunds will be given once the class has been paid for. Once you have paid, a time slot has been reserved for you. That spot is considered “sold” and is no longer marketable. Please feel free to give your child’s time slot to a family member or friend. It is your paid slot. When scheduling lessons, it is your responsibility to make sure that vacation, appointments, and health concerns do not interfere with the lessons for which you have enrolled.
When a classtime is reserved, resources are allocated for that time slot, including TRANSACTION FEES, RENTS TO THE HOAs, INSURANCE, INSTRUCTOR TRAINING & PAYROLL, and EQUIPMENT.
MAKE_UP POLICY
Make-up Lessons NOT be available this year due to the availability of the HOA pools. No refunds will be given for any additional class cancellations.
Please do not assume lessons are canceled if it is overcast or raining. Classes will be held unless there is a danger presented by lightning. Every effort will be made to update the Band app and Facebook page in a timely manner. In an effort to provide our families with the times for which they are registered, lessons will not be canceled any earlier than 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the class time.
WE CANNOT REGULATE THE POOLS SINCE WE ARE CONTINGENT ON MOTHER NATURE OR HOA CLOSURES. IF YOU DO SIGN UP FOR A CLASS AND HOA OR WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE A PROBLEM THE INSTRUCTOR WILL TERMINATE THE CLASS FOR YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY.
IT MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT NOT ALL CLASSES/CLASSTIME WILL BE MADE UP.

BECAUSE WE RENT POOL SPACE, WE DO NOT MAKE-UP CLASSES IF YOU MISS THE CLASS, EVEN IF THERE IS SICKNESS, DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS, TRAVEL, ETC.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Underwater photographs are OCCASIONALLY taken for marketing purposes and as a commemorative keepsake for your family. These photos will be posted online on the Ms. Jane's Swim School LLC Facebook page for your enjoyment. Please note that excellent photos may be used in the future for advertising! ***Evening classes are more difficult to photograph due to lighting. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT A PHOTO WILL ALWAYS BE TAKEN.

CLASS SIZES AND ORGANIZATION
There will be no more than 4 kids per instructor. The classes will be divided into Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced. Classes are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for two weeks, unless otherwise specified. On the first day of class, the child's swim skill set will be assessed and a recommendation may be made for a child to be moved to another class that will better align them with children on a similar swim level.
